What happens if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive the wrong item, contact support@guardianlabs.life within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the products received. Guardian Labs will review the issue and correct verified fulfillment errors at no additional cost.
If your package or products arrive damaged during transit, coverage depends on whether Guardian Labs Package Protection was included with your order. Protected orders may qualify for a replacement or refund after the claim is reviewed. Orders placed without Package Protection are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement for transit-related damage.
All damage claims must include clear photos of the shipping package, shipping label, packaging materials, and damaged products. Customers should not discard any packaging until the claim has been resolved.
Do you offer refunds or store credit?
We do not provide refunds or store credit for any reason, including dissatisfaction with product results. Every sale is considered final.
Do you offer shipping protection?
Yes. Guardian Labs Package Protection covers eligible orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We handle claims directly, so there is no third-party app, separate account, or outside claims process.
Package Protection is automatically added to your order:
$3.15 for orders under $100
3.7% of the order value for orders of $100 or more
Customers may remove Package Protection from their cart or at checkout. Orders placed without Package Protection are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement if they are lost, stolen, or damaged after shipment.
To submit a claim, customers must email support@guardianlabs.life with their order number and a description of the issue. They should include clear photos of the package and products if the order arrived damaged.
Claims must be submitted within 21 days of the shipment date. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at Guardian Labs’ discretion.
