How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM MST ship the same business day via UPS. Ground is free on orders over $150, and 2nd Day Air is free over $250.
Where can I see test results?
Every product's Certificate of Analysis is in our COA library. Match the lot number on your vial to the COA for that batch.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Orders with Guardian Labs Package Protection are covered for loss, theft, or transit damage, and we handle the claim directly. Email support@guardianlabs.life with your order number and photos within 21 days of shipment.
Do you offer refunds?
All sales are final. If you receive the wrong item, contact support@guardianlabs.life within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
