At Guardian Labs, we prioritize fast, secure, and reliable order fulfillment.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable at this time.

Customers may still complete checkout using the available alternative payment methods:

• Secure Bank Checkout via Yodlee
• Zelle via ComfortPay

Shipping timelines begin once payment has been received, verified, and confirmed.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Zelle via ComfortPay

Orders placed using Zelle via ComfortPay may still qualify for same-day shipping.

Orders with confirmed Zelle payment before 12:00 PM Mountain Time
→ Ship the same business day

Orders with confirmed Zelle payment after 12:00 PM Mountain Time
→ Ship the next business day

Orders placed on weekends or holidays
→ Ship the next business day after payment is confirmed

Secure Bank Checkout via Yodlee

Orders placed using Secure Bank Checkout via Yodlee are processed through an eDebit Direct bank draft system.

Bank drafts are deposited Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays.

If an order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, the draft will be deposited on the next business day.

Once a draft shows as “Received,” it means the payment is being prepared for deposit.

The daily cutoff time to cancel or enter last-minute drafts is 2:00 PM Mountain Time sharp.

By approximately 4:00 PM Mountain Time, the draft status may update to “Processed.”

Because this payment method requires bank draft processing, orders placed through Secure Bank Checkout via Yodlee generally ship the next business day after payment processing is confirmed.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service USPS.

Available options at checkout may include:

• USPS Ground Advantage
• USPS Priority Mail
• Free Shipping, when applicable

Free Shipping Thresholds

Free USPS Ground Advantage on orders over $150

Free USPS Priority Mail on orders over $250

Orders below these thresholds may select a preferred shipping method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days

USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or replacements.

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.

Please allow time for USPS tracking to update after the label is created.

Shipping Protection

At checkout, you may add Route Shipping Protection.

This coverage may include:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Damaged items

If Route Protection is purchased, all claims must be filed directly through Route.

Without Route Protection:

• Guardian Labs is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
• Damage claims are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case
• All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Guardian Labs is not responsible for orders that are:

• Delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
• Returned to sender due to address errors
• Delayed because of incomplete or inaccurate shipping information

Reshipment will require additional shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

Guardian Labs is not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen packages
• Packages delivered to the wrong location by the carrier
• Packages marked delivered by USPS

Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.

Filing a chargeback for a package marked delivered may be considered fraudulent.

Carrier Issues and Delays

Guardian Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues
• Weather
• Holidays
• Operational disruptions within the carrier network
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
• Payment confirmation delays

These delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Guardian Labs support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:

• Order blacklisting
• Refusal of future service
• Submission of all order, payment, tracking, and delivery confirmation data to the payment processor as evidence

Fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Guardian Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Shipping timelines begin once payment is confirmed
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance
• Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of fulfillment
• You understand and accept all shipping-related risks without Route Protection
• Carrier delays, payment delays, and delivered package disputes do not qualify for automatic refunds, replacements, or chargebacks
