By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time
→ Ship the same business day
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Mountain Time
→ Ship the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or holidays
→ Ship the next business day
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Available options at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
- Free Shipping (when applicable)
Free Shipping Thresholds
- Free USPS Ground Advantage on orders over $150
- Free USPS Priority Mail on orders over $250
Orders below these thresholds may select a preferred shipping method at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or replacements.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.
Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended)
At checkout, you may add Route Shipping Protection.
This coverage includes:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged items
If purchased, all claims must be filed through Route.
Without Route Protection:
- Guardian Labs is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered
- Damage claims are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case
- All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
Guardian Labs is not responsible for orders that are:
- Delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
- Returned to sender due to address errors
Reshipment will require additional shipping fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Guardian Labs is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery to the wrong location by the carrier
Customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery issues.
Filing a chargeback for a delivered package may be considered fraudulent.
Carrier Issues and Delays
Guardian Labs is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier issues
- Weather
- Holidays
- Operational disruptions within the carrier network
These delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Guardian Labs support prior to initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Order blacklisting
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of all order, tracking, and delivery confirmation data to the payment processor as evidence
Fraudulent chargebacks will be actively disputed.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Guardian Labs, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance
- Delivery confirmation from the carrier constitutes proof of fulfillment
- You understand and accept all shipping-related risks without Route Protection
