Description
What is GL-3 RT?
GL-3 RT is Guardian Labs’ product name for retatrutide (development code LY3437943). Retatrutide is a synthetic peptide designed to act on three receptors: the glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor, the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor and the glucagon receptor. This is why it is often described as a “triple agonist”. It carries a fatty-acid modification that extends its half-life in research models.

Research context
- Incretin and glucagon receptor pharmacology: studied for its balance of activity across the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors.
- Metabolic research: investigated in research on energy balance, glucose regulation and lipid metabolism.
- Clinical development: retatrutide has been evaluated in clinical trials sponsored by its developer, Eli Lilly and Company. The product sold here is research material, not a pharmaceutical product.

Third-party testing
- 40 mg batch record: independent laboratory report with Guardian Labs as the client, including purity, net content, identity (LC-MS), endotoxin and sterility results.
- 30 mg lot record: independent laboratory report, including identity, purity, assay, heavy metals and microbial results.
Each record links to the original PDF. All reports are on the Certificates of Analysis page.
Storage
Store the lyophilized powder at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C.
