At Guardian Labs, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and securely.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time are typically shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

We offer free shipping based on your order total:
Free USPS Ground Advantage on orders over $150
Free USPS Priority Mail on orders over $250
If your order does not meet the free shipping threshold, you may still choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

Delivery times depend on USPS and your location.
Typical delivery estimates:
USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Guardian Labs is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
