Description
What is the GLOW Blend?
The GLOW Peptide Blend is a high-concentration research formulation developed by Guardian Labs to target multiple pathways of tissue repair simultaneously.
By combining three of the most well-researched regenerative peptides into a single 70mg vial, this blend allows researchers to investigate the “entourage effect” of simultaneous copper signaling, angiogenesis, and actin upregulation.
Composition per Vial:
-
50mg GHK-Cu (Copper Peptide)
-
10mg BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound)
-
10mg TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment)
Mechanism of Action: Triple Synergy
The GLOW blend is designed to cover the complete spectrum of tissue remodeling:
-
Structural Integrity (GHK-Cu): GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper complex researched for its ability to stimulate the synthesis of collagen and elastin. It acts as a feedback signal for tissue remodeling, potentially reducing oxidative damage and refining the extracellular matrix.
-
Angiogenesis & Healing (BPC-157): BPC-157 is studied for its ability to accelerate the healing of soft tissue by promoting angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels). In this blend, it is hypothesized to support the vascular supply needed for effective skin and tissue repair.
-
Cellular Motility (TB-500): TB-500 is a synthetic version of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein involved in actin sequestration. It is researched for its ability to improve cell migration to sites of injury, ensuring that repair factors reach the target tissue efficiently.
Research Applications (PubMed Citations)
This blend is ideal for research protocols focusing on dermatology, wound healing, and connective tissue repair.

Key Finding: TB-4 promotes cell migration and survival, reducing inflammation and preventing apoptosis in injured tissues.
Protocol & Handling
-
Format: Sterile Lyophilized Powder (70mg Total).
-
Reconstitution: Reconstitute with Bacteriostatic Water.
-
Note: Due to the high concentration of GHK-Cu (Blue), this solution will be a deep blue color.
-
Storage: Store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
